This hotel was truly centrally situated and the staff at the reception were available at all the hours. The beds had been comfy and the people in the hotel have been usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was on and off, but they fix it. Very awesome hotel and excellent location. Unquestionably will advise The River House!

Me and my lover stayed at the hotel for a few days to discovering the place. The River House is located in an extremely central placement, it is thoroughly clean and the beds are certainly cozy! There is just one detail I might suggest going ahead and that is to offer additional hotel amenities, shower gel specifically. In general, We were more than happy with this stay and will surely endorse it to everyone planning to check out Cardiff.
